About Your trainer

Experience and Qualifications

Hi, I’m Sam, a fully insured, DBS checked Personal Trainer based in Watford. I offer mobile training, so you can work out at home or outdoors in a way that suits you. 


Whether you’re new to fitness or getting back into it, I’ll help you build strength, confidence, and lasting results with a supportive, personalised approach and you can feel confident you’re in safe, experienced hands.


Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training (RQF)
  • Level 3 Certificate in Exercise for Older Adults (RQF)
  • Level 4 Master Practitioner in Personal Training
    (Specialising in Obesity, Lower Back Pain & Diabetes)
